The staff were friendly and made
Our stay comfortable. Cathy particularly stood out for her kindness and helpfulness . The lack of workout equipment in the gym left me a bit disappointed.

Lovely beds, clean and huge rooms. Favourable and ideal location in Auburn, very close to nearby restaurants of good quality offering a variety of cuisines, and sightseeing.

I booked a room with a lovely bed, central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was good. The location was favourable close to eateries, around 4-6 minutes walk from Surfside Water Park.
Some people working there were very rude.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were super clean and spacious. The only downside was the shower, which never got hot enough.

Breakfast was great. The room was very nice and mostly quiet. Staff was friendly.
Queen beds would have been more comfortable than the doubles. New towels were given to us on our second morning but not the first. And the bed was made but it didn't seem that any surfaces were cleaned

I loved meeting Ladonna and Cathy! Cathy was nice. The breakfast options were convenient and fit well into our morning routine.
The only downside was the workout room.

Cookies At bedtime.
That I did notreceive Hilton Honors points or AARP discount because I went through Booked.net. this was never mentioned prior to my arrival nor would the front desk attempt to accommodate either the honor points or AARP discount when I asked. Very disappointing & upsetting.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to chewcala state park, perfect for nature lovers like me who enjoy weekend strolls. It's just a short drive from the jules collins smith museum of fine art where i spent hours enjoying the exhibits. It's great to have so many attractions within easy reach for a weekend getaway.

The staff was wonderful. Keisha met us at the desk that evening and was such a delight. She gave us directions to a restaurant that we had heard about and also directions to the school and was so pleasant and nice. The next morning we had a great breakfast and great service as we checked out.
Did not have any issues.
